    • Incorrect or Missing Items: Notify us within 7 days of delivery for a refund, replacement, or missing parts.

  2. Returns:

    • If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

    • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  3. Refund Processing:

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

  4. Non-Refundable:

    • We cannot refund for dissatisfaction with product quality, incorrect orders by the customer, or items damaged after delivery.
